Collection: Santoku Collection

Originally translated as "three virtues," designed for fish, meat and vegetables, a santoku is a type of blade akin of the chef's knife because they are the common all purpose kitchen knife. Santokus lack a spear point, instead favoring a rounded off drop tip. Typically, they host a chopping-style of geometry with no positive bow for rocking; but, complimenting its style, santokus are thinner than your average chef's knife. Being thinner too, makes these tools a lighter and more friendly option where weight is a concern.
