The Power Tools

Is this your first time? That's ok, we'll be gentle

Carbon steel* knives can be scary, but once you know how to give them what they need, they will never do you wrong, and they perform right - every time. Coupled with the a clean towel, and some proper oil, Tosas are perfect for first timers and admiring sharpeners. Some say, "If you go carbon, you never go back," but that is an ol' butchers tale.

*all carbon steel knives must be kept dry, even through use - if you need to walk away from the knife in use, first wipe it off with a towel to guard against rust. Camilla Oil is great to protect the blade when put away, especially when stored for longer periods of time.
