Studio Blade Custom Knives is owned and operated by Dimitri Turcott, a Swiss, former professional guitar player and audio engineer, whose love for artistry extends through his work as a bladesmith.
The P.F.D.C. (Personal Fine Dining Companion) was chosen for display at the 2024 Homo Faber exhibition in Venice, highlighting the artistry involved in creating objects that enhance life’s most meaningful experiences. This showcase is art directed by Luca Guadagnino and Nicolò Rosmarini and curated by the Michelangelo Foundation.
