The Yari Series combines timeless design with advanced materials. These exceptionally sharp, hand-sharpened blades showcase a distinctive 67-layer Damascus pattern on X-7 high-alloy full-tang steel. The dense gray G10 handles provide balanced comfort and precise control. Each knife is paired with a gray wood magnetic Saya sheath, designed to securely protect the unique blade. Sharpened to a 16-degree edge on both sides and hardened to HRC 60 ±2, these blades are forged from Cangshan’s proprietary 67-layer X-7 Damascus steel. ULTRA6 heat treatment enhances durability and performance. NSF certified and backed by a lifetime warranty.
