The Cangshan Kita 10" Sujihiki w/ Sheath is a versatile and expertly-crafted knife that will enhance any kitchen. Made from full-tang X-7 Damascus steel, the hammered texture of the blade makes it exceptionally sharp and allows food to effortlessly slide off for precise slicing and dicing. The durable octagonal handle features a rich blue and black faux-wood-grain pattern, secured by a single mosaic rivet for a balanced design. Each knife comes with a magnetic deep blue wood Saya-style sheath, perfectly shaped to protect the distinct blade.
