PEC Twisted Series

Introducing the “Twisted” series, the latest from Perfect Edge Cutlery.  The first knife in this series is meant to be exceptionally innovative.

Designed predominantly for rock-chopping with an extra-tall blade, this “hybrid” kiritsuke comes in a 240mm (9.5”) length.  The G10 handle is inspired by Japanese Wa handles, but without the necessary maintenance as wood.  Effective for both left or right handed use.
