Collection: Nakiri Collection

Nakiri translates to “leaf cutter” or “vegetable cutter,” mainly used to process vegetables. Originating in Japan during the Edo period (1603 - 1868), it was purposefully designed for vegetable prep.

Its double bevel design and general shape allows for chopping, slicing, and dicing, suited for any level of chef. It is friendly for both lefties and righties.
